The CCTV dawn the
same headgear, which appears to be a modified
variant of the 360 All-Scopes gear. Some say, in the
darkest hours, they can hear the moving lenses of
focus without seeing the members themselves.
The CCTV first appeared in 'The Splatana Man 2: The HEIST' as the antagonistic force. When Wonder appeared in the sewers, he couldn't
understand why they were in his resting place at
that time. He attacked a member and dawned their
clothing to blend in. Realising he looked ugly, he
quickly took the direct approach instead. They
pursued on sight
until he escaped with something from the spillway. The crew has vanished from the location, having not shown their faces around Splatsville ever since. Their
reasons for appearing in Undertow Spillway were the pursuit of Agent SWEET MEMORIES, a member of the crew, as well as trying to identify Wonder. She began to defect when memories of the past began
to interrupt the white noise process, which disturbed her link with the MEMORYBANK. She ran to the Splatlands in an attempt to find Wonder, carrying something with her. Her fate is unknown.
The CCTV crew can appear sporatically across all of Inkadia whenever they wish, this being an instance of such an event.
Ghosty was sent to intercept CCTV, arriving too late to stop them from seeing an unlucky Wonder. Ghosty fears that the crew have their cameras focused on him
after this encounter.
During 'The Splatana Man 4: AIN'T NOTHIN' LIKE A FUNKY BEAT', Ghosty questioned how CCTV truly operates, and if what Wonder stole was from them or not. He also
questions how it was possible for him to escape them despite their persistance after watching the event unfold.
