The beginning, so to speak.
They joined the New Squidbeak Splatoon with high hopes, quickly cherising the power they held. Their
name rang deep through rumors and sightings in the canyon and the valley. They were feared, and part of them
enjoyed it. Their strength secured the Great Zapfish that fateful day, but their life remained the same. However, when brought
to the perilous Deepsea Metro, that is when everything truly changed.
After meeting with Agent 8, their bond grew slowly, but it grew into something they have never known. Her very existence caused
them to look back and see themself for who they truly were. They carried on into the future with heavy regret and self-hatred,
trying to imagine the lives of the Octarians they had to defeat. They quickly grew to think themselves ruinous, the renowned
destructor of the oppressed Octarians. However, they pressed on.
Soon after escaping the Deepsea Metro, they took up a new hobby under the name DJ Sango. It was through their music that they
were able to escape their own mind, if only for a while.
They even started a rivalry with Off The Hook's Marina Ida after their long DJ battle in the Deepsea Metro. Pento and Sango were two divided in
the same body, and this split would only
strengthen when they soon became Captain of the New Squidbeak Splatoon, believing in their own personal growth alongside their newfound status.
Pento wanted to grow up fast, and that they would find.
They take the old and new ideas of the New Squidbeak Splatoon to heart, gritting their teeth as the neccesary actions are taken. They have
growing concerns for Agent 4, the part of Pento that they cant stand to see. They want Agent 4 to grow up fast too, but Jelsha cannot be forced.
They also have their eye on Wonder Allecate, a gnawing, growing reminder of the violence they caused.
They can still remember looking into his eyes all those years ago.
